Las Vegas Reggae Fest at The Palms Hotel Casino

The Palms Pool & Bungalows, in partnership with Cruzan Rum, proudly presents a beautiful night of cool reggae with the Palms Pool & Bungalows first ever Reggae Fest as part of the Cruzan Campfire Concert Series. Local reggae favorites, Lady Reiko and the Sin City Prophets, ForTwentyDaze, HaleAmanO and One Pin Short are set to perform Thursday, July 29, 2010 at 9:00 p.m.
Tickets for the reggae event are $10 for general admission and $30 for a VIP ticket that allows guests access into a special viewing area includes a complimentary Cruzan cocktail. Cabana reservations are available by calling 702-942-6832.
Lady Reiko and the Sin City Prophets, Fortwentydaze, HaleAmanO and One Pin Short are all Vegas-based reggae bands and have made names for themselves performing around town as well as on national tours. Each band ranges in style pulling from its own traditions and musical influences including, rock, folk, punk, ska, jazz and blues.
This event is presented in association with Cruzan Rum. Guests must be 21 years of age or older. The Pearl Box Office is open Sunday through Wednesday from noon – 7:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday from noon – 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from noon – 9:00 p.m. Doors will open at 8:00 p.m. with a live DJ and show time is 9:00 p.m. For more information on upcoming concerts, please call 702-942-6888.
