Le Cirque - intimate setting with exquisite French cusine by Casino Billionaire
There is a very short list of things people must do on their next trip to Las Vegas. An addition to this exclusive list is a night spent dining at Le Cirque at Bellagio Las Vegas. The New York restaurant´s desert sibling has the same ( and well-deserved ) reputation for serving up some classic French cusine in a festive atmosphere.
The festive atmosphere is something that is to be expected in Las Vegas - land of the grandiose and super-casinos - however it is quaint size that makes Le Cirque more opulent. Offering seating for a mere 80 guests, the mahogany-lined rooms brings you to a place far away. The circus theme is carried throughout, from the tent to the dishware (the monkey juggling on the plates may be a little much). The drooping silk-ceiling tent and stunning view of the Fountains of Bellagio accentuate this unique experience. With views like this, it is no wonder the restaurant is often booked in advance - and we haven´t ever started the food.
Offering up a five-course degustation, or tasting menu, guests are treated to several delights in one single visit. For even the most discerning epicurean critic, the start to the meal will be delightful, seeing foie gras served alongside seasonal timmings like mustard fruit poundcacke and kumquat confit. As your meal progresses, dishes such as roasted Mains lobster with eggplant moussaka will make your taste buds dance. For the sweet-tooth in all of us, the petit fours and the frozen coffee mousse over a walnut almond sponge are among many outstanding temptations.
The service here is impeccable. During your visit to Le Cirque, the glass is always full and assistance never too far away. And while Le Cirque is one of the more expensive restaurants in town, it is also one of the best, making it the latest addition to the Las Vegas list of must-dos.
