Informations to get married in Las Vegas

A wedding in Las Vegas offers you the freedom to do what you want, whether your dream wedding is an elefant affair surrounded by all your friends and family or a jaunt to the county courthouse to simply say "I do". Tying the knot in Las Vegas is very easy as no blood tests, birth certificates or waiting periods are required. However, you must appear in person at the Clark County Marriage Bureau to obtain a wedding license for $55 (cash only) before rushing up to the altar.

The Bureau is located at the Regional Justice Center at 201 Clark Avenue. They can be reached by phone at 702-671-0600 and are open Friday-Sunday and holidays, 24 hours a day; Monday - Thursday, 8am - midnight.

If previously married, divorces must be final in the state where granted. The date of the final decree, as well as the city and state where divorce was granted, are required to obtain a wedding license. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental consent. The ceremony must be performed by a commissioner of civil marriage or other individual authorized to perform wedding services in the state of Nevada. A witness is also required by state law.
