 Blue Man Group showThe creative organization known as the Blue Man Group was originally founded by Matt Goldman, Phil Stanton and Chris Wink. Its first performance “Tubes” opened as an off-Broadway show in 1991. Besides the famous show, the group also produces scores and music for movies and TV shows such as Arrested Development, Scrubs, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, Robots, Space Chimps and the Tonight Show. Throughout the Blue Man Group show, a trio of mute performers (both male and female) appear in black clothes and latex bald caps painted blue (hence the name Blue Man Group). The performers play an assortment of musical instruments, displaying amazing percussion skills, while their sheer athleticism leaves the spectators in awe, as they communicate through gestures and body language alone. What started out as an actual trio has developed into a worldwide production with groups performing in New York, Boston, Chicago, Las Vegas, Orlando, Berlin, and Tokyo. There are also several live tours roaming the globe. All of the shows are G-rated and appropriate for audiences of all ages. LOCATION Hosted by the fabulous Las Vegas Venetian hotel, the Blue Man Group show is 90 minutes long, and is performed in a magnificent, specially built theater that holds over 1,700 spectators. SHOW TIMES The Blue Man Group show is performed every night at 7pm and again at 10pm. PRICES Prices for the show range from $70 to $150, depending on the seats.
